How to Apply for Laptop

First Step

# Who can apply?

1. A four-year Bachelor Program (Day Shift) student
2. A three-year B.sc. Program (Evening Shift From Spring 191) student
3. Student who has received individual email <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. > from DIU
4. Students who have thoroughly read the Agreement and Oath and agree with terms and conditions.
5. Students must maintain all activities as per DIU rules.
6. Only they can apply who are getting the email from….This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Note: You must submit within the last Date.

Second Step                                                     

# After Apply online, you will get another email for complying submission requirement: 

     
1. Please open your Student portal, then select the Laptop option, then click submit.
   
2. Video resume is a mandatory prerequisite. Please follow the instruction below for compliance:
   1. Formal Dress Code (Male- Blazer with Tie; Female- Decent, clean Salwar Kamiz/ Saree) 
   2. Polo & T-shirt/ informal dress is prohibited
   3. A good looking background must be maintained for the shooting spot 
   4. Sound quality must be maintained.
   5. Length of the Video Resume to be minimum 2.5 minutes and maximum 5 minutes. 
   6. Upload your Video Resume and share the Link

1. Google Site is a mandatory prerequisite, Please follow the instruction below for compliance:
   1. Prepare your google site using your DIU student email
   2. Provide necessary personal as well as academic Information
   3. Prepare Career Mapping related activities
   4. Google Site Demo: How to Create and Use the New Google Sites Or Guideline for Google Site: Guideline For Google Sites 
2. Complete your Registration from skill.jobs Link: Laptop Registration Form
              Note: You must submit within the last Date.

Third Step

# Finally, you will get another email from DIU in order to receive your Laptop

1. DIU will notify you with a confirmation email upon successful completion of the mentioned process in the clauses 1-4
2. DIU will notify you of the date of Laptop Distribution Program
3. Or, DIU will notify you of the process of receiving your Laptop from DCL.
